Refund / Returns Policy

Summit 31 makes every effort that our product lives up to your best expectations. In the event that you are less than completely satisfied, we will make every effort to resolve the issue to your approval within 5 working days.

If a product is returned within 30 days of the date of shipment, in its original condition, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

We guarantee the workmanship of each handmade piece, and if a problem arises from a defect in craftsmanship we will cover the cost of shipping in making an exchange. We will also accept exchanges of new merchandise to replace a new ring with a different ring size, but the customer must cover the cost of shipping.
